Steve Eaheart's Biography Steve Eaheart is a native of Arlington, VA who graduated from Bishop Denis J. O’Connell HS. Steve received his Bachelor of Science degree from James Madison University in 1982, and his Juris Doctorate from George Washington University Law School in 1990. Steve served over 20 years as an officer in the U.S. Marine Corps. He began his legal practice in 1990 and concentrated in the areas of litigation, real estate, family law, estate planning, and tax law. During this time he lectured extensively on real estate, family law, estate planning, and tax law. Teaching for the largest private real estate company in the , Steve has successfully taught thousands of students the 60-hour Principles of Real Estate Course required to get their real estate license. Additionally, he regularly teaches an intensive Exam Preparation Course for persons taking the Virginia state real estate exam. Currently, Steve leads the highly successful and top producing Keller Williams Fairfax Gateway in Fairfax, Virginia. Steve is the owner and principal broker for 96+ agents and E-TEAM member.
